We keep pricing simple and honest. Once we see the job, we give you a clear, upfront price based on what needs to be removed. What we quote is what you pay—no guesswork, no last-minute add-ons.
SINGLE ITEM PRICING
Have just one item? We offer single-item pricing based on size — a mattress, an old fridge, or a couch that won't fit down the stairs. Call us for a fair ballpark estimate; we'll confirm the final price when we arrive

Have more than one item? We price by volume — how much space your items take up in our 16ft dump trailer. Four easy-to-picture sizes so you know exactly what you're paying for.

1/4 TRAILER
SMALL CLEANOUT
A few pieces of furniture, a single-room purge, or a small appliance load.

Full-room cleanouts, mid-size renovation debris, or multiple rooms of junk.

DUMPSTER RENTALS PRICING
Every rental includes delivery, pickup, and disposal for standard household and renovation debris. Up to 2 tons included $80 per additional ton.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Not every job fits neatly into a 16-yard dumpster or 16ft trailer. If you're looking for something smaller or bigger give us a call. We're growing our fleet to fit more projects, and we'll do our best to work with you or point you in the right direction.
DEMOLITION PRICING
Demo jobs are quoted individually — every project is different. We'll give you a rough estimate over the phone based on what's coming down, then walk the site with you to give you a firm price before any work starts.
