OUR STORY
Iron Elk started with a simple idea be the company that contractors, realtors, and builders actually want to call back.
We’re based in Elkton, Maryland, and we didn’t start from scratch. Our team brings over 20 years of experience in demolition, construction, renovations, and property transformations. That’s two decades of tearing things down, building things up, and earning repeat business from the same contractors and property owners year after year. Iron Elk is just the name we finally put on it.
We built this company on relationships, not transactions. Every project we take on is an opportunity to prove we’re worth keeping on speed dial. That means showing up on time, communicating clearly, doing what we said we’d do, and making our partners’ jobs easier not harder.
We work with general contractors, builders, remodelers, realtors, property managers, and investors across Cecil County and the tri-state area. Whether it’s a one-time demo job, a full property flip, or ongoing site support across multiple properties, we treat every project with the same level of professionalism and urgency.
We’re not trying to be everything to everyone. We’re trying to be the one crew our partners never have to think twice about calling.
